WIGGINTON

Wigginton is an attractive little village with cottages in a mixture of different styles and ages, many of them in the local dark honey-coloured ironstone.

The village church is the Grade I listed 13th century Church of St. Giles. Full information about St. Giles' Church can be found here.

Wigginton also has a Methodist church.

About 200 yards south-west of St. Giles' Church the remains of a large Roman villa have been found

Wigginton is about 6 miles south-west of Banbury, just north of the A361 Banbury to Chipping Norton road.
